2. Access data and hosting
When you visit this website, technical access data is processed (IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer URL, user agent). This data is used solely to provide and secure the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Hosting is in Berlin.
3. Cookies
This website only uses technically necessary cookies (e.g. a session cookie that protects our forms against abuse). Tracking or analytics cookies are not set without your explicit consent.
4. Contact and call booking
If you contact us via a form or by email, your data will be processed for the purpose of handling your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR) and deleted once the matter is closed, unless legal retention obligations apply.
When you book a call, we additionally process the chosen time slot and preferred call type to carry out the appointment (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Video calls take place via Google Meet (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland); by joining the call, Google's privacy policy applies. Joining by phone is available as an alternative at any time.
5. Job applications
When you apply for a job, we process your data to carry out the application procedure (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR in conjunction with § 26 BDSG). Once the procedure is complete, the data is deleted after six months unless you consent to longer storage.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority at any time.
