I don't know anything about IT, is that a problem?
Not at all, that's the normal case for us. You only need to know your business. We explain everything in plain language, and you only decide once you've truly understood it.
What does it cost?
The first call and the analysis of your workflows are free. After that you get a fixed-price quote. There are no hidden costs and no obligation to accept.
How long does it take?
Small automations are often ready in one to two weeks. Larger projects are built in stages, you see each stage finished before the next one starts.
Do I have to buy new devices or programs?
Usually not. Wherever possible we build on what you already have, your till, your bookkeeping, your email. If something new really is needed, we say so clearly up front.
What happens to our data?
Your data stays your data. We work GDPR-compliant, host in Germany or the EU and pass nothing to third parties. On request we sign an NDA before the first call.
Is AI even worth it for a small business?
Often yes, but not always. If a simple automation without AI does the job, that's what we recommend. We sell solutions that pay off, not buzzwords.
